Score Defend Attack is a A5 sized journal that kids can use to record their season in Netball. There is 40 Weekly spreads which will cover the full season plus some extras.

This unique journal helps kids to:

• Keep their game results together in one place so they can see their growth week by week.
• Record all training notes including their effort levels and homework.
• Have team mates and coaches details recorded to keep in touch.

They will be creating a unique keepsake of their Netball season that they can look back on! Available in both red and pink tones (Jewel) and blue and green tones (River).

Every 4 weekly spreads includes a motivational quote that they can colour in, as well as space to record monthly goals.

At the start of the book there is sections to record player details and information about positions.  There is also a page to write down warm ups and cool down. There is also fun stickers to use in the book or elsewhere.

At the end of the season, fill out your reflections and see how they compare to the start of the season.

Whilst this book would be best for 8 years and up to fill in themselves, it would also be good for younger children for their parents to fill in for them so that they can look back on it when they get older.
