Run Throw Jump is a A5 sized journal that kids can use to record their season in Athletics. There is 12 monthly sections which will cover the full summer season and also off season for those who love to cross country.

This unique kids athletics journal can help your child to:

• Keep their meet recordings together in one place so they can see their growth week by week
• Record all training notes about things they need to work on during any personal coaching sessions
• Keep photos or momentos from meets so that they can keep a lasting memory

They will be creating a unique keepsake of their Athletics season that they can look back on!

Each monthly section includes a motivational quote that they can colour in, a page to set goals, 6 meet record tables, notes and blank pages for extra doodles, photos, awards or other things they want to keep together.

At the start of the book there is a simple explanation on how to use each section as well as some helpful advice on how to get attainable goals. As well as training schedules and pages to record warm ups and cool down.

At the end of the season, record your final personal bests and set goals for the next year.

Whilst this book would be best for 8 years and up to fill in themselves, it would also be good for younger children for their parents to fill in for them so that they can look back on it when they get older.

Customisation

If you would like to order customised covers for your club, we are happy to work with your logo and colour requirements! A minimum order of 12 is required, and will take up to 7 days to complete.

We can also add your child’s name to the front of our standard covers. Pre orders for these are accepted until the 13th of August so that they can be ready in time for the September season to start.
